What is our return policy?

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. Simply send back your unworn and unaltered items along with your order invoice within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions, you can always reach us via email at info@rajawedsrani.com

 

How do I exchange or return an item?

You can initiate an exchange or return on your account page. Select the items you’re sending back, print the prepaid shipping label that’s generated for you, and attach it to the box you originally received. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll hold your new item for 14 days until we receive your original item.

  1. Visit rajawedsrani/account/orders
  2. Select the order you wish to exchange/return.
  3. Select the dropdown reason code.
  4. Select your desired size.
  5. For an exchange, select the size you desire.
  6. For a return, select "Refund".
  7. Select whether you want store credit or payment.
  8. Click "Create Return".
  9. Your exchange/return label will be generated and emailed to you. Affix the label to your return package.

Return postage will be at your cost. Once we receive your package, it takes up to 2 business days for us to confirm the goods are in original condition.

From receipt of your package, Refunds take up to 7 business days to show on your payment account, while exchanges take up to 14 business days to arrive at your original shipping address. 

Exchanges

If your clothing item is unworn and unaltered, in new condition with tags in place, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You can initiate a return or exchange on your account page. Select the items you’re sending back, print the prepaid shipping label that’s generated for you, and attach it to the box you originally received. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll hold your new item for 14 days until we receive your original item.

When will I receive my exchanged item?

If you request an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have received the returned goods in our centre. Depending on your location, this can take up to 14 business days. Please keep in mind if the item that you request is out of stock, it may take longer for your exchange to ship out. We’ll do our best to get it sent out to you as soon as possible! You can also let us know if you’d prefer to cancel this item or exchange it for an alternate item that is available on the website.

Return and Exchange Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and clearly damaged. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Exchange or refund has to be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

 

What if something doesn't fit?

No problem. You can exchange the item for another fit or size - just follow our exchange procedures and ship your item back, and we'll send you your requested fit or size.
